At Brightside Desk Co., we want you to love your purchase. This Refunds & Returns Policy explains your rights and our practices under both Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.
Your Rights Under Australian Law
Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if your item:

is damaged on arrival,

is significantly different from the description or images provided, or

does not perform as promised.
These rights cannot be excluded, and apply in addition to any manufacturer warranty.
Your Rights Under U.S. Law
For U.S. customers, consumer protection laws provide you the right to a remedy if goods are:

fail to function as intended.
Where required by law, we will repair, replace, or refund your item.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or if you simply no longer want the product. Please choose carefully before ordering.
Order Cancellations
Orders may not be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
If you contact us quickly after purchase, we will do our best to cancel before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee this.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@brightsidedeskco.com.au with:

Photos or video showing the issue, and

A description of the problem.
We will assess your claim and provide a refund, replacement, or store credit where appropriate.
Shipping & Returns Process
In some cases, you may be asked to return the product to us or to our supplier.

Return instructions will be provided if required.

Please do not return items to the sender address on your parcel.

Where a return is required, we will advise whether return shipping is covered by us or the customer, depending on the circumstances and applicable laws (ACL in Australia, or U.S. consumer protection standards).
Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you havenโt received a refund after the processing period:
